It's got to move...
Day,
I figure that if I keep using the weights, something's got to budge. I look at pictures of myself from this past New Year's Eve, when I'd been doing The Firm for about a month, and I see how much thinner I was. I know it'll go if I keep it up.
The plan for today is to do TT2 and day two of 5DA when I get home this afternoon. I'll let you know how it goes!
