If you have a health food store where you live, start looking at thier stock. I found nitrate free chicken and turkey franks at my health food store, and they carry Atkins and KETO products. Sometimes if you speak with the owner or manager they will look into ordering special products for you if they know you are a regular customer.

The phone book lists 3 health food stores in Laramie. One of my first projects when we get down there is to check them out. I also found 3 in Ft. Collins that carry quorn products. Maybe if I'm lucky I can even find a butcher where I can get cheap meat that's not overly processed.
