can't wait to see those muscles in my arms!! i can already see my biceps getting more defined but i'm still looking for those triceps. the other day my 8 y.o. decided to take my arm and jiggle it we were at red lobster). he said "mom, you're arm is too jiggly!" good thing he's so young! nothing like a child to keep you honest. i told him i was working on it.
