Just wanted to introduce myself. I started Atkins about 6 months ago. Problem is that it was along about the same time I gave up smoking. I know, excuses,excuses. Didn't stick with Atkins and that was a mistake. Hate to think about where I could be now if I had. Some good news though.No smokes since Jan/05/2003. So here I am again. This time I'm going to really try to stick with the Atkins WOL.
