Whey Low does have 4 g carb per teaspoon but only 1 effective carb.

How so. The nutricional info I read had 4g carbs with 0 fiber.
Total Carbohydrate 4 g 1%
Dietary Fiber 0 g 0%
Sugars 4 g
Protein 0 g

There is also a note at the bottom though
Quote:
Total Carbohydrates..................... 4 g/serving
Sugars..................................... 4 g/serving
Net impact carbohydrates............... 1 g/serving
The patent-pending blend of sugars, when used in combination with dietary carbohydrates,
is regarded as low-carbohydrate and low-glycemic, as this blend requires less insulin
for conversion and reduces serum glucose levels by 70 to 80% compared to sucrose.

I don't understand this though, as I thought you could only deduct fiber, and carbs from lactose and fructose were still carbs.
