I love em! But am just recently discovering that they may be a pitfall on TSP. (I can eat them by the handfuls, and cashews are beginning to do me in). And, in her book, the serving sizes are listed in ounces. So, how do I interpret how much .75 oz is? Do I need a food measuring thingie?
