One thing i love about this woe is that i no longer dread weigh-ins!

I know for sure that I will either be the same, or less (unless it's tom)... the woman always asks me beforehand if "I've been good" and I just laugh and say oh yeah!

(this is at Curves where I am weighed/measured once/month).

This is my lifetime woe; I have never felt more positive.
