Sorry you seem to be having such trouble. Is there a possibility that you entered your email address incorrectly? Most websites have automated responses for password recovery so an email *should* have been dispatched to you right away.

A simple solution would be to just sign up again with a new name and password. This time, make sure you write it down someplace so if you forget, you will have it handy That's what I do.

Fitday is a very useful tool so it would be worth the extra effort.
