The last thing I want to do is discourage anyone.....please, please stick with it Sherri. It really is a great way to eat, and weight will come off. I have just had this frustration for some time and have been biting my tounge. I finally had to say something. But, it is SOOOO worth giving a shot.....please stick with it and enjoy not feeling hungry!!! |
