There's some reading at coconut-info.com, I learned about it in an article in Woman's World magazine.

Admittedly, my results haven't been spectacular, but I've not been a "good girl" regarding diet lately, either...(my journal helped point out that I was "sneaking" quite a bit of extra's on myself)

I'm currently trying to gather more info NOT put out by those selling it!
