hey mammoth, i'am kind of in the same boat as you. I can't seem to shake off my bp meds just yet. I tried the natural approach but the bp just went threw the roof. So the doc put me back on my regular meds of the past ten years and told me to wait a while longer before i try the non- prescription pills. Good luck with all.
