This is a great idea glad I found this site. I have been Atkinsing for 3 months and I've lost 30 lbs. My wife is so ecstatic she is now dieting with me and she has lost 8 lbs in her first 2 weeks. I am battling my food addiction really bad now. I am a bad Stress eater and work has me extremely stressed right now. My outlet is Golf ( I live on a golf course) but with all the rain I haven't played in a week. The tips here in the site are great and I am definitely going to be visiting frequently. Take care all.
