Lightbulb Will Low-carbing help me??!!!

Hello Everyone! I'm new here and I've got some questions for people who have been doing the low carb thing for a while: First one is this, I'm 5'6, 115lb, and I want to get down to 100 ... I want to do this in the least detramental way I can, and doing lots of protein would help save some of my muscle tissue, but honestly, can anyone tell me if I will actually lose anymore weight by low carbing? I'm excluding most fats out of my diet, that is what the Protein Power book said to do for smaller people who still want to lose weight. Another question I have is about those KetoStix, that measure keotenes in your urine, I'm on day 4 of my low carb diet, and the strip is not indicating any keotenes... I'm not having more than 20g of carbs a day, what is going wrong? and will I still lose weight? If anyone could offer any advice on these issues, I would GREATLY appreciate it!
