I have had the same experience - no more morning headaches.

I have looked into the 'morning headache phenonomen' a bit - studies I have read lead me to the conclusion that many of these types of headaches are caused by dehydration, brought on by the lower levels of water we drink throughout the night and exacerbated by being in a constant state of mild dehydration all the time. It makes sense to me in terms of the amount of caffiene (diet coke) that I drank previous to this WOE, the amount of processed foods etc, as compared to the clean fresh water and whole foods I eat now. I feel a whole lot more hydrated these days!

Interestingly the 'Saturday morning headache' is quite common - there are several reasons and theories, including the sudden lowering of adrenaline as we wind down from a stressful week. But also, dehydration seems to play a major factor - ie: we sleep in longer with no water intake, or we are dehydrated after celebrating Friday night to excess!
