Yay! One month, one milestone !!!
I started this WOE (still looks depressing, like the word woe, to me) on June 1 2003 -- one month ago today.
As of this morning I have lost 13.5 pounds, 10% of my goal. And I'm Sooooo happy and proud of myself.  So celebrate with me. |
