Hi Jude!
I thought Cals were not important on LO-Carb , so perhaps that is one of the reasons I am in a major stall... five weeks ....nothing.... a gain if anything. anyway, how many cals should one be eating? I am in the process of comming off HRT so am hoping that will help. Are you checking Ketones? I find it really difficult to stay in the "pink" even though I am still not eating more than 20 carbs a day ( I have a carb counter, so Im micro-managing)
