You're absolutely right about the midsection area-that too is where my trouble is (lower belly)! I agree that I'm pretty tired of fretting over carbs & calories though. And although I'm pretty adept at keeping those within target, would like to increase carbs in order to add more variety. I'm afraid of adding more carbs for fear I'll gain and am not sure how to do that whole thing with finding your ideal/max carb intake
