I arrived at my goal weight about a month ago, after a 3-month weight loss. I didn't really pick the end point for that; my body simply stopped losing, and I looked decent.
I usually eat about 40g of carbs/day, and more on workout days. I know that's pretty low for maintenance, but I feel comfortable, and I eat my veggies.
