It was actually pretty easy. We have a radio station here that plays oldies on Saturday nights - mostly all those great songs from the sixties, even some from the fifties. So when we got home from the pub (went out for dinner), we bopped for ages to some wonderful old songs. Certainly a fun way to exercise.

Will have to remember to do that next Saturday night.
