Does anyone know where to buy it in Michigan (for me) or Florida (for my mom) . I have never seen it . Krogers has the Atkins bake mix,shakes,bars,and syrup. But no bread. Do they only sell it at the health food stores in Michigan? Please, I want some.... Thanks, Cindy
