Arrow Pedometer Challenge

Any one for a pedometer challenge?

It's pretty simple. I read some time ago in "Walking Magazine", in and article called "10K per day", I think, that the average North American takes about 6,000 steps per day. They (health experts were quoted) say 10,000 steps per day are necessary for general cardiovascular health, etc. and 12-15,000 steps per day are reccommended for weight loss.

I wear mine all day everyday and am at this point just aiming to be at or over 10K per day.

Any one with a pedometer, that counts steps not just miles or kilometers, out there want to join me? We could post our daily totals or weekly averages (which are sometimes more meaningful since we all have good and bad days) and our tips for increasing our daily steps?
