Peg, I think you're obsessing. You've been with this WOL for 1 month and 1 day.

In a previous post you said you don't lose weight no matter what. It's not going to fall off overinight. It's a process and the length of time it takes is unique to you and no one else.

Poll any long term low carber and you will see there are many plateaus and stalls and weight bouncing up and down.

I've been with this WOL for two years. I haven't reached my goal yet and it really isn't that important any more. I know it will come and I'm just happy to have found a better way of eating and living.
