Whoa! Thirteen replies in an hour! This is one heck of an active forum
Myself, I'm tempted to give this a try -- the one full day every three weeks thing. This diet is working fairly well for me so far. I've experienced some weight loss, and if it continues as I hope it will I will have lost over 10 pounds in induction! Not half bad, if it works out that way.
The best "side-effect" I've found so far to LC eating is that I never feel "gorged," tired and listless after lunch or in the evening anymore. In fact, weird as this might sound, it's almost a matter of pride not eating high-carb foods. Like teenage abstinence or something ...
