That sort of sounds like the CAD method...
Where you eat LC for breakfast and Lunch but get a Reward Meal (RM) for dinner. Although i don't think I would want to do that everyday, I am sure I would eat almost nothing for breakfast and lunch and have a carb feast at night... which would be almost identical to my old eating habbits that got me all this extra weight. Speaking of which, I need to scrounge up some breakfast yet today....
