There IS another LC diet plan that alters the carbs throughout the week...I read it "somewhere" and cannot for the life of me remember its name or where I read it....

You stagger your calories and carbs dailey...and once each week you basically HOG-OUT....but the net results are better then if you had a strict regimented daily caloric boundary.

Or something like that!
Someone here will know what I am referring to, I am sure, and clarify it for you.

Me...I stick to strict induction foods...
