Whoops.... some how I did this a new thread.... EEK
I've heard of "planned cheat days" I wonder if this is the same? I'm SO very tempted to have a cheat day right now. I'm dying for ice cream and a Bic Mac would be heaven... LOL
I know it will take two days at least to get back into fat burning mode, but since I've not burned any fat in over a week....*shrug* I guess the worse thing that could happen is I could gain.
Anyone else do this?
