Question about Grainy, Thawed Cream Cheese
Karen,
Before I went to Prince George for a week, I had an unopened 1 kg container of Island Farms Victoria-style spreadable cream cheese. I threw it into the freezer and defrosted it when I came home. Now it's very "grainy" and tonight I tried beating some of it to see if the graininess would go away. It didn't Is there anything I can do with it? Now I'm afraid to use it for a cheesecake I want to make for this coming Wednesday. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
