I am glad to read your notes on addiction. I am very addicted to sugar and other carbs. I have done other programs before and been successful but haven't been willing to give up my addictions for ever. I am trying to commit to that. I will not give up. I know what its like to feel clean and what its like to be in the middle of your addiction. The worst part is when you are suspended between the two and uable to make your mind up. And yes nobody does take it seriously. I remember being laughed at as far back as grade schcool for these addictions. But in the end it is up to us and only us , we are responsible for our own lives. God I sound preachy!!! But its true. I hope we can help each other.
