The recipes look yummy, but I wish they would give the carb counts per serving. The cheesecake looks a little high to me. I added up the ingredients and it appears to have about 7-8 grams of carb per serving. Quite doable for OWL, but I'd definitely abstain if I were on maintainance even as much as I love key lime.
