Hi Stallqueen. Yes, insomnia can accompany the Wellbutrin. If you have been prescribed 2 Wellbutrin tabs, there are a couple of options for you. Often if you take one in the morning and take the second dose around lunch time that is early enough to prevent the insomnia. Another option is to take both together in the morning. I have worked with a number of patients who tolerated both of these without any problems, plus helps with compliance if meds are only taken 1 time a day instead of 2-3. Again just check with your healthcare provider for further guidance. Hope this helps!
