Boy I never have this problem..I eat a lot it seems. Bratwurst is hight in fat and calories but not carbs...burgers with cheese no buns

I make a lot of stuff with cheese and cream like broccoli with cream and cheese makes like a sauce

well lastly i would say don't worry tons about it if you can't get it in Akins in his book doesn't advocte counting carbs...but just my 2 cents worth
