Question Advice on Supplements

When we first started eating low carb I had a great many concerns as most people probably do. I have been dieting all my life. Have lost and found the same 40 lbs so many times I've lost track. I was drawn to the low carb diet because both my husband and daughter needed to lose 100+ lbs and felt this was something they could do, especially if we did it as a family.

My biggest concern was that we would be missing something essential from our diet so I raced out and spent a fortune on vitamins and supplements. My family MD doesn't think we need to take all that stuff but we feel great and seem to be winning the battle.

Here is what we take Multivitamin(Costco brand), Vit C, folic acid, biotin, selenium, chromium, omega plus, potassium, cal-mag(me only)

Any advice on additions or deletions would be appreciated.

After our last physical my husband and I both had our Cholesterol meds cut in half
