I blush to admit that I cannot attribute this recipe that I found somewhere just this week, but it sounds like what you may be looking for. I haven't tried it yet, but plan to make up a batch this weekend.
Shake 'n Bake Mix -- Low-Carb Style
2 cups dried onion
2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp ground sage
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tbs sweet paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried basil
2 bay leaves, crushed
1-1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 C. protein powder
