I am not usually hungry in the morning but I get up very early so I have to have something. The key to the shakes is:
1. very cold. Put 1.5 cups of water (recommended 1 will be too thick) in the freezer half-hour before making shakes (or use some ice).
2. must use blender
3. variety. Atkins is good. Vitaminshoppe brand is sweeter, better physical character (thicker). I make various mixtures. Best: 2:2:1 chocolate:vanilla:strawberry, but even this you get tired of.
4. taste is good enough.
very filling. don't get hungry until noon.
