I've started to take water balance tablets, in the hope that this is the reason that I am not losing any weight.

Are they ok to take with the Atkins diet...I can't find any info anywhere. Also they seem to have a very sweet taste to them, but it doesn't say anything in the ingredients about sugar content.

Any info?
