As a matter of fact, I just watched the 50 minute workout and am absolutely positive that if I tried some of those maneuvers, I'd be paralyzed for life! Some of the exercises are the same as in the 20 minute workout, but there are some even better and more difficult ones as well.

When I can do all the exercises on the 20 minute workout as easily as the people on the tape, THEN I'll try the 50 minute workout. After all, I've only been doing this for a month - sheesh!
