Sure, once you're finished with Induction, you can reintroduce some fruits into your eating. Strawberries, bluberries, and melons.

In my view, once you progress closer to your goal weight, you can make an attempt to liberally add even more fruits. For me, I've added bananas, apples, oranges, and every kind of fruit back into my eating, and it hasn't stalled or caused me to gain any weight. I think, if you do regular cardio, adding fruits will not pose any issues.

Just ensure you don't go wild like eating a 12lb watermelon at one sitting, or something equally outlandish like that.

PS: I love fruits too, and in the beginning, abstaining from fruits was by far the most difficult aspect of doing low carb.
