Thanks for the input Karla... Jenny I'm with you!!! I have the windsow pilates set and the 20 minute workout I thought was killer! I can do it but barely!!! Have only done it about 3 times but I can tell it is definetly getting easier. I sure hope to see my belly melting away!!!! Maybe someday I can "graduate" to the 50 minute tape. Karla have you done it yet? Is it REALLY tough? I haven't mastered the leg work on the 20 mn tape I don't think as it seems too easy... Must need to focus more.. Who knows. I'm determined so I'm sure I'll get it........ I hope.
Keep up the good work ladies! Remember I'll be working my powerhouse right along with you!
