I bought green tea capsules at GNC . 315 mg . I wonder how many cups of tea equals a capsule or how many capsules equal a cup of tea. It says to take one a day. I wonder if I could take more. I just know it's an antioxidant and Dr Atkins recommends using it. Cindy
