I also love Macadamia nuts. But I find it is really hard to stop eating them if i just open the can. I have to measure them out and only take that many of them in a baggie to work with me.
Otherwise.. I wont leave them alone.
From what I read in the book, induction is only the first 2 weeks. Even if you are still only doing 20 carbs a day and still following the induction phase.. You are past induction after the second week. or 14th day but if someone has more info please tell..
I am trying to be brave enough to start eating more than 20 carbs a day to continue the weight loss.. since I should be doing the OWL part by now. I have been low carbing since April 12th 2003. 8 weeks. I still eat mostly like I did on the induction but now I have things like jolly rancher sugar free jello once in a while.. or the splenda sweetened CANDY bars.. not protein bars.. GAG..
