I am having problems eating as much as I need to. I've lost all hunger and only have minor, minor cravings. Friday and Saturday, I missed lunch and yesterday I forgot about supper. In fact, i only consumed ~2 carbs yesterday. As I result, lower energy and a headache in the evening. I need to get better about this. Amazing considering I would *never* miss a meal before I started.
All in all, I am please with the first results. I have a mini-goal this week which is to start wearing my 40 waist jeans again. When I started I was in a 42 and those were getting snug. Now, they're fairly loose and almost unwearable; I don't subscribe to the showing my underwear school of fashion.
