If you "feel like you've gained weight" but haven't actually weighed yourself, it's probably all psychological. One peanut butter bar or candy isn't going to cause weight gain.
Ease up on yourself and give this way of eating a chance. I'm surprised you need sugar free candies so soon. Try avoiding them for as long as you can and see if your desire for sweet things decreases. It almost always does! That's one of the great side-effects of low carb.
