ONE NIGHT A WEEK - TWO SHOTS, OR TWO GIN & TONICS
and during that day keep a tight control on your carbs or if you go out inpromptu, then curatke your carbs the next day!!
I guess that would be okay as long as you don't wake up the next morning curled up with an EMPTY ABSOLUT bottle-whooops!!
