Default Iam kicking Mr. fats butt.

Well i have Not been here in while or in chat. My pc was down aand boy did i miss u gals.
It helps to report good or bad news.
Iam down to 139 lbs from 165. Started Feb 1st.
Iam still doing 20 carbs or less aannd on Induction aannd will be till fall.
Iam taking Cla pills. Going to get my 3 rd bottle.Saturday.
Also drinking more water or trying to.aaannd stopping so many diet rites.
Also for weight to be moving down have to lower calaries and keeping carbs lower.
The biggest key for me is>> Iam now doing weight training with abcrushes.200.
aannd for first time eveer aaand biggest thing for me is >> On tredmill for last 5 days aam doing 1 mile in 20 mins But JOGGING NON stop.aaand hope to work myself up by few months to be able to run out side or tred milll 2 miles. no stop. i thinklearning to jogg would help kick weight loss in and will work for life time. Iam just taking slow and building up to it.
I know for u runners or joggers out there this is not much or very fast but for me am very pround. For iam not stopping. will up in few weeks.
Also this book i have iam reading is great on learning to do wts. ect.
iam sitting up a whole gym soon.. Any one out there haave a Medince Ball??/ thinking of getting that to. and a small for house a trampaline?? hope all is well and talk to u in chat. love to have some e mail bodies for wts and exersicing and dieting. in fact the whole package. feel free to e mail me. lets go
