All those things you (we) love are unfortunately the things that get put into that 1/3 part of your plate. You will have to choose your poison for the meal or maybe a bit of beans and a bit of rice that equal up to the serving. Probably will have to have one or the other on the milk/yogurt choice. Possibly yogurt for your dessert. It is a balancing thing and many of us are striving towards it, but miss the mark more times than not. The trick is to not fill up on the things we love and leave the proteins and vegetables lacking. We always have to remember that another RM will be there in 24 hours so what doesn't work today, we can have tomorrow.
