if you follow the book, you can gradually add back in fruits like 1/2 c. strawberries or 1/4 c. blueberries and raspberries (around 5 carbs a serving)... once you get beyond OWL, you can start adding other fruits like grapes, cherries and grapefruit... see the book for more specifics...
