Do I need to worry about calories at all?
I started the atkins diet on June 1st. I've read the book and did a lot of research on the internet prior to deciding that LC-ing was for me.
My concern is that I still feel so guilty when I have too many calories. I am so used to counting calories and staying between 1500-1800 a day. I'm sure I'm taking in a lot more than that with all of the hotdogs and beef I've been eating. ahhhh....
I guess I just need some encouragement and to know that it's okay to be full and happy!
