Sorry to tell you this but you are definitely NOT following the Atkins diet! Have you read the book? Are you just starting? Atkins starts out at 20 carbs or less a day, and you are supposed to eat at least 3 meals a day plus snacks. I am not a breakfast person myself and usually don't get around to eating a meal until after 12, but I try to have at least some cheese or cold cuts or something to get my metabolism going in the morning.
If you want it to work, you have to do it right!
