April, welcome to our group. You will find a lot of support here. We all weigh and look differenlty, but one common thread is that we want to eat healthy the Atkins' way. You'll find lots of great ideas, recipes, and more. Like one reader said, look at past profiles. You can always respond to them even if they werent' written this week. I've learned a lot since I started in late April. As for the picture of people, or the one they want to represent them, those are called avatars. Click on Profile towards the orange bar. Then click on Edit Profile, At the bottom is avatar. My problem is I don't know how to change my pic to 100 pixels. Maybe that's a new thread possibility?
