Well, fortunately I haven't eaten a lot of those bars so it shouldn't have affected me that much. I have been on this diet since June 30th and lost 10 by July 8th and nothing since then. I eat mostly cheeses, meats, eggs, and steamed broccoli, cauliflower, or asparagus. The stall is soooooo frustrating.
Is there any "snacks" like these bars out there that are okay?
